PCB Spray Coating System for Gyrex Corporation.
Precision Research contracted to design a spray coating system to coat both sides of Printed Circuit Boards up 24" x 24".
The first unit was operational in 5 1/2 months.
Gyrex had developed a spray coating system for large-scale production and wanted a medium size system that would be manually loaded but capable of production up 60 PCB's per hour. The system was to employ the spray coating technology and controls as developed for the larger system.
Precisions Research designed, styled and developed the entire mechanical system in 5 1/2 months.
